Up to and including Volume 3 Hal only had Carol, Kari, Olivia, Power Girl (it seems)... I think that's it.

And pretty much both Hal and Kyle have gone from one monogamous, committed relationship to another and to another... but Hal is the only one that keeps going back to the same lady over and over again.

Wouldn't really describe either one as a "ladies man." But they both like the ladies and both seem to like being in a relationship.

Always? I beg to differ. He was pretty much tied up with courting Carol originally. And outside the current run, which seems to have made the decision to cast him as a ladies man, he has almost always seemed to commit to one person at a time, fairly seriously, too.
