I finally decided to bring myself on over here where there's a chance more Lantern fans are here and active on the boards moreso than any other site out there. And it looks like it's just in time for a fanfic contest for some books I actually need I haven't had money for to buy trades of! I look forward to seeing old friends from the GJ boards and others I haven't seen in ages at the DC boards. I've been "The Kid Lantern" since I was 15 and even had it as my aol and yahoo screen names till the accounts were frozen.
I'm mostly a Kyle era fan but I've been a fan of GL's since Hal in the days of Superfriends. I've come to appreciate the finer aspects of the comics and hope one day to break into the medium and actually write or pencil them. I tweaked Kyle's suit slightly in my avatar and if it's cool and there's an art forum or place to have my work on the site then I can't wait to get some recent sketches and inked pieces scanned to show you guys some stuff I really think would cap the GLC book off at the moment. Can anybody guess the remains of Kyle's "New Corps?"
