Introducing myself

Hey! Let's see, I've been a fan of the GLC since the 80s! And thanks to the writng of Geof Johns I have developed a deeper appreciation for the character.
Ever since his kick off storyline, GL:Rebirth, I have made an effort to stick with EVERY interpretation and iteration of the teams, also was BLOWN away by the Sinestro Corps War, which revealed the prophecy which goes all the way back to Alan Moore's story in the Green Lantern Corps Annual #2 (got it in MY collection!!! YEEESSSSSSSSS!!!!)
If people haven't read this major cross-over between GL and GLC (SHAME!), RUN to your comic store and READ (not there!) the trades---your welcome!

Wait-I got off track here, but I think I pretty much told enough about me to prove I'm a GL/GLC fan!!!

I've been a fan since the 80s too.
Who's your favorite GL?

Let's see---I see a little of myself in each:

1) Alan Scott-see myself a leader among people who sometimes come to me for advice
2) Hal Jordan-took a while, but I find a way to face and overcome fears and do come off a little reckless at times
3) Guy Gardner-been known to have a bad attitude, but its for a good reason, because being exposed to people who come off as SO STUPID at times drives me nuts!!! (also consider myself a horndog when it comes to women, but there we go!)
4)John Stewart-never served in any branch of the Armed Forces, but I take being able to protect and serve human life very seriously and have been known to be VERY detailed in all my work!
5)Kyle Rayner-deep down I'm passionate, artistic and have been told that I wear my heart on my sleeve, how I take everything to heart.

Hope this all wasn't too long winded, but as you catell, ALL of the Earth Lanterns are my favourites, can't pick just one!

Add your two cents. A lot of people put only 1 or no GLs on their list! Me, I had 3, because admittedly I like Supes and Bats just a bit more than Guy and Kyle.

Oh no don't get me wrong, I love ALL the Lanterns, all factions, but I have to stay true to earth first and then the rest of the Corps...even though a majority of the "alien" Lanterns find us a backwards species!!!

No racism from me there, just keeping it real!
