Yeah I almost missed it too. I just happened to be on Nicktoons when it started. I have only seen one episode and have the other recorded. Not entirely sure how I feel about it yet.

ok so i am watching it now..... it's different and doesn't seem to care about previous seasons at all as at the end of season 2 of the first digimon run everyone had digimon

There have been multiple Digimon shows since then if you are indeed referring to the season with Kari, TK, Davis, Veemon etc.

yeah those were the only seasons i saw was with that cast and the second season when davis and the others took over

i think it works but should be the final evolution stage between 2 already evolved mons

There have been more since then. I think I may have only some of another one and that's about it. I'm gonna have to check out the other series. The fusion isn't all that new I think except before I believe the digi-destined were able to fuse with their Digimon

yeah just found season four and they seem to have spirit fusions which is allowing them to merge

I'm fine with digimon fusion i.e. Omnimon, but not with digifusion i.e. Shoutmon X2
and Digimon Frontier was absolutely terrible, Humans should not be digimon themselves, cuz then theres no Digidestined-Digimon Partner relationship

I remember watching a few episodes back in the day where I felt a little dirty because the kids would fuse with the digimon and while they were in there they were wearing nothing but a bright florescent light. Kind of like when Sailor Moon changes outfits...but for a lot longer of a time since they would show them periodically throughout the fight scenes like that.
