Booster Gold? Really? Are you reading his current series? I love this guy.
Most hated hero: Impulse.
The reason is, way back in the late 90's, I decided to stop into the comic shop. I flipped through a bit, nothing caught my eye. But I remember distinctly a comic with Superman and Impulse, and I remember thinking "man, I really hate this guy. Who is this?" and feeling kinda confused as to what was going on. Keep in mind, the only other comics I ever got in the 90s were garage sale things, from way back, and two of the Death of Superman comics, and the Marvel/DC crossover. Oh, and one issue of Venom and one of Spiderman.
Needless to say, whether or not it's true, I think Impulse drove me far enough away from comics, perhaps subconsciously, to never bother with them again until a year and a bit ago.

I guess I can understand a little hate on Booster, but he is designed that way. I think I love him because he is an ass.
That said, hmmm, I don't hate on too many heroes, since it is usually the creative team's fault on good stories, or bad stories and characterization. I generally subscribe to the theory that there are no bad characters, just bad writing.
A lot of characters don't hold my interest (i.e., Aquaman, most of the X-Men and the vast majority of the Bat-family), but if I had to pick a character I don't like, it is Iron Man right now.
I used to like Iron Man a bunch pre-Civil War. Now I look at him as a bad guy...

I agree here, it was a real stretch for me to choose who I did. In reality, there are no heroes I hate. Some, I don't really care about, but I hate none.

Then you must really hate the fact that HE'S the "Flash" that appears in Smallville!
As for me, I'd have to really think long and hard to figure out which superhero I hate. *scratches head*
Hmmm.... well, I DID recently find a neat little article online, a listing of the Top 10 or 20 Lamest Super Powers! According to that list, # 1 is....
Being Aquaman!
But I don't know that I HATE him... I'm just not really a fan. Which is a shame, really, because there have been a couple of really fantastic looking figures of him made by DC Direct recently, namely the 13" Deluxe Collector's Figure (which I now own, at least until I sell it to someone that wants one), and the First Appearance figure of Aquaman: The Sword of Atlantis! 2 absolutely fantastic figures, of a character I couldn't care less about.
Plastic Man. I'm not going to explain this one. Do I really need to? I've ALWAYS hated Plastic Man. I have no problem with Elongated Man or Elastigirl or that other stretchy girl. But, I HATE PLASTIC MAN.
On the Marvel side of things. As far as stretchy heroes go, I hate Mr Fantastic too. But I don't even care about Marvel anyways. So I guess that doesn't really count.
Superboy Prime, the guy started off good but after a while his act got tired plus he needs to get his ass whopped by the GLC bad after all the crap he's done.
Rob Liefeld. I know he's not a superhero, but I really hate this guy. Ever since that jeans commercial back in the 90's where he took credit for creating X-Force. And the fact that the guy can't draw.
+1. Cyclops is a bastard. He needs his ass handed to him in every way possible. Same with IronMan.
Lemme think. On the DC side... AquaMan is uselss. Just like in Super Friends. "oh. I'm going to... stand over here. Until water is introduced into the story! Wait! Does this villain mayhaps have a pet gold fish? I could talk to it and learn his secret plan to destroy the world!"
Cyborg Superman. Hank Henshaw. The Cyborg. CrapForBrains. I'm tired of him. I was tired of him YEARS ago. Now that he's bothered the GLC and did his little song and dance for the post-parallax Hal, I think he's completely run out of usefulness. Find a way to kill him, already. PLEASE.
