But we already had that in the 70s series. There is no reason why a new series should follow that model. Not when the franchise has so much else to offer. I mean, what do Greek amazons have to do with WW2? What does Zeus have to do with WW2? Why do you need a golden lasso of truth to shoot Nazis in the face? And how do you make it look original when a Captain America movie (by the director of the Rocketeer, no less) opens in theaters shortly before your pilot is aired?
I mean, there is so many other directions you can go in. And instead, they plan to revisit a scenario from 40 years ago, which was then revisiting a scenario from another 35 years earlier? It was dated when Lynda Carter first went around slapping Colonel Klink.
If you want to have a superhero fighting Nazis, make a show about Captain America. Not Wonder Woman. That's like turning Green Lantern into a funny detective show like Monk or Castle, just because you couldn't get the Roy Raymond, TV Detective license. It just doesn't make a single lick of sense.

I'd take her before toe thumbsI LOVE conspiracy theorists. They are like human versions of the cymbal clapping, dancing monkeys. No one takes them all that seriously and they get bored with them after about 10 minutes.
