We should wait no longer. If someone picks up his final character in the Lightning Round so be it, he knows the rules and has had ample time. So, if its good with SW we should start trading/dumping/picking up villains...NOW.

The reason it's called the Lightning Round is because it's no holds barred. You pst when you want for who you want. No rules (Except for the ones Saint lays down )
