In terms of weaponry, Samus can't lose this one. In terms of movie greatness, Clint Eastwood is tied with Harrison Ford (Blade Runner is amazing, and Clint Eastwood is Clint Eastwood).

Samus is great, but Jonah Hex overcomes the odds. He's just a man with a gun, and he's usually drunk. Hex gets my vote due to degree of difficulty and a longer track record.

Okay, the HOLY FUCK! moment aside (Honestly, who doesn't have one of those notched in their belt?), any one of those bounty hunters is on the level in their own realms. Jonah Hex fights soldiers, bandits, and even the supernatural, all while inebriated, as Wets pointed out. Boba Fett is a punk in the Holy Trilogy, sure, but in the E.U. (Again, which I hate) is a platinum card certified motherfucking badass. Mav put it best when he said that Clint Eastwood is Clint Eastwood, so points there. And Rick Deckard...

You see my point here, don't you? Most of these candidates are not lacking for skill or achievements when it comes to their craft. I'm not downplaying Samus' accolades, I couldn't even if I tried, but I'm merely pointing out that these people are all awesome. Hence, the battle royale we got goin' here...
