One is the dark knight detective of Gotham who has trained in several different martial arts who is armed with cutting edge technology and a body in peak shape. The other is the friendly neighborhood wall-crawler who is also a scientist with spider powers including a Spider Sense who developed his own web shooters.

spderman can jump around to avoid hulk, hulk grabs spidey and squishes him. Batman would negate the spidey sense by having multiple attacks or projectiles at once and confuse him.

This will probably sound like favoritism coming from me, but I do honestly think Spider-Man could beat Batman. Not just because of his strength, speed, and agility. We all know Batman has beaten many opponents that were more powerful then him. I just don't see how Batman could defend againt Peter's Spider-Sense on top of everything else. I'm not saying it would be quick or clean, but I think Spidey takes it.

Batman would know somethings up the second he realizes Pete dodging every single attack with ease. Then he'd try the multiple angle thing and then it's only a matter of time. Plus... you know Batman has Bat-Spider-Repelant.

This is my biggest problem with Batman right here. HE ISN'T THE SMARTEST MAN IN THE WORLD.

Since this is a fight, with no effing story behind it and you drop them into a battle zone, Spider-Man fucking wins.
