I was in the mood for cactus... to eat

Made a bunch this morning, took 3 pictures of my wonderful progress for you kids.
First I make a little container full of garlic, onion, tomato, and peppers I chop up. I add some cilantro sauce on top, cholulu fairly liberally, and salt and peppers. I mix it up.
Time to chop the cactus suckers up, then throw'em in a pot an boil'em.
All done now, mixed in with all the stuff I'd mixed together from earlier, ready to be eaten. Only thing I'm skipping a pictorial on is where I toss all the tomato, onion, pepper, etc., onto a pan to sizzle a little -- then I throw them in the bowl together with the cactus, as you see in the pic here.
I mix it up real good as it simmers, then voila.
