DC Universe announced that DC Universe Movie titles will now appear on the streaming service day-and-date with the film’s physical media release starting 2019. The details came as part of a larger press release highlighting upcoming events for the Warner Media’s DC Comics-based digital outlet. The next DC Universe Movie title, Reign of the Supermen, will be the first animated feature available the same day as its physical media release. The world’s greatest DC Super Heroes are heading to Cartoon Network in the premiere of Justice League Action, an all-new animated series that will kick off with “Shazam Slam,” a four-part special event debuting, Friday, Dec. 16 at 6:00 p.m. (ET/PT). Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and based on iconic DC characters, Justice League Action will premiere new episodes Saturday mornings on Cartoon Network, beginning Dec. 24.

San Diego Comic-Con is upon us and while the cosplay and panels are great, its always something special when you get to see some action. TV Insider has the official cast lineup for the upcoming Warner Bros. Animation feature Justice League vs Teen Titans. Unfortunately, it won’t be featuring a Green Lantern. Oddly, it will feature the adult Flash but not Kid Flash. We get Robin and a Nightwing but no Kid Flash or Green Lantern. Strange decisions from director Sam Liu and company. Check below for the list of announced actors and characters because after all, we could get a cameo if nothing else.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment unveiled the 2016 line-up of DC Universe Animated Original Movies at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con. Announced Friday, July 11th, 2015, the animated film Justice League Versus The Titans will hit home video in 2016 with Sam Liu directing!
Oh and there’s increasing evidence that we’ll get yet another JL animated series.
Warner Home Video has provided the initial bonus content details for the upcoming Blu-ray and DVD home video release of Justice League: War, the latest installment of the DC Universe Animated Original Movie line. Justice League: War, hitting shelves February 4th, 2014 courtesy of Warner Home Video, is an adaptation of the “Justice League: Origin” storyline recently published by DC Comics.
Written by Geoff Johns with artwork by Jim Lee and Scott Williams, the storyline kicked off the comic publisher’s current ongoing “The New 52″ comic-line initiative. Justice League: War features the formation of the Justice League and the team’s first battle with Darkseid.
